WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?…
We’re on the lookout for a Social Media Manager to become the driving force behind crafting innovative social strategies, managing client relationships, and guiding our social team to success. This role is ideal for someone who knows the ins and outs of every major social platform, thrives in a client-facing environment, and has a strong passion for delivering measurable results. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social strategies that align with client goals, delivering high-quality, innovative campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. You will lead and mentor a team of specialists, providing guidance on strategy, content creation, and daily operations. As the main point of contact for clients, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and results.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…
Proven experience in a Social Media role in an Agency setting
Deep knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, etc.)
Exceptional client management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
Excellent leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team
Paid Social is a bonus!
