We combine three core pillars: running, strength and conditioning designed for a rounded level of fitness. We track users progress and adapt programmes in real-time, in order to deliver the most efficient plan for individual goals. This is just the foundation of the app, there are ambitious plans for the future!
What are looking for:
We are hiring a Social Media Manager to lead the growth and engagement on our social media channels, namely Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and fitness, story telling and building an engaged community. The purpose is to increase brand awareness and funnel app downloads, through delivering a cohesive brand message, tone of voice and brand image across all touch points in line with our brand strategy.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage social media content, though designing a content strategy plan / calendar.
Coordinate posts, stories, and campaigns across platforms, which resonates with the target audience to raise awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversion.
Develop creative strategies to maximise our reach and impact across social channels.
Work closely with our CMO analyzing the performance of social media content to provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with external content creators to plan and create content which signs with business objectives.
