Job description
The McCloud Group (TMG) is a Construction Management (CM) firm founded in 2002, specializing in the construction and renovation of K-12 educational, college university, municipal, cultural, residential, and healthcare construction projects for public sector governmental agencies. TMG serves as the owner’s representative and advocate through all phases of a project and under a variety of delivery methods. Active primarily in the Northeast Region, where the company was formed, TMG spent the last 22 years building a diverse project portfolio that includes work in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.
TMG is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for its Corporate Office in Jersey City, NJ. The candidate must have strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well under pressure in response to challenging deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate, assemble and produce project proposals, client qualification packages, client interview material, press releases, social media post, and presentation. Tasks include writing, creative design, editing, graphic design, and final production of materials.
Write and maintain current employee resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, and more.
Work with technical, field, and management staff to develop and update proposal information.
Update client and project data on company system.
Manage prospect opportunities searches.
Plan and coordinate marketing activities, advertising, special events, and public relations activities.
Assist with marketing plan development and implementation.
Promote and support company branding efforts and ensure that all branding activity supports the company-approved branding standards.
Plan and schedule marketing support activities to ensure that goals are accomplished, and deadlines are met.
Update social media information.
Update website information.
Coordinate specialized consultants (photographers, public relations, etc.).
3+ plus years’ experience in marketing and proposal writing preferred.
Architecture, Engineering and/or Construction industry experience a plus.
Qualification and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, or business.
Minimum of 3 years’ proposal writing experience; preferably within construction or a related A/E/C field.
Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Microsoft Suite.

Salary: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
