Questex Performance Marketing Team
The Performance Marketing staff are responsible for identifying the buyers our customers want to reach. We make sure we have their most recent information, that they are actively interested in engaging with us and that they are being reached the way they want to be reached. Our goal is to connect sellers with the buyers that want to meet them for a win-win. While we can’t get you in front of all the people in our 4 million strong database we can get you in their heads. We take a 360 degree view, what our attendees and audience tell us both by behavior and demographics, layering on their activity and engagement and using that to determine where they are in the buyers journey.
Questex is currently seeking a Marketing Operations Manager as part of the Data Performance and Marketing Operations team – utilizes and optimizes our marketing and event technology ecosystem to ensure efficient and effective delivery of marketing programs, client programs and services, and live events. She/He/They will oversee a team of Marketing Operations Technologists who leverage our marketing and event systems to provide end- to-end support of marketing programs, including management of forms, landing pages, emails, reporting, ad campaigns, listings, automation, and more. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who understands the interconnectivity of a technology stack and the interdependencies therein that allow that system to work as a whole.
As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll support Questex’s success by:
Work with internal and external customers through development of new and existing products and solutions that meet specific requirements, deliver an effective user experience, and align with current system workflows
Lead the Marketing Operations Technologists team as they support pre- and post-launch marketing program set-up, interfacing with multiple departments across Questex, to meet client’s business objectives
Assist in maintaining data quality and implementing data-cleansing best practices to ensure all data points are standardized and valid
Assist event marketers in their usage of various event technologies to support Questex events
Development of best practices and training to internal team members and across Questex with regards to marketing program delivery and capabilities
Along with Marketing Operations team, manage any integration requirements between marketing systems and various data collection platforms to ensure seamless data flow
Your Experience and Education include:
3+ years’ experience with martech-centric campaign management and marketing operations, supporting multiple brands and or products simultaneously
Requires a combination of marketing experience and technical ability with work leveraging and administering marketing and customer data systems
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams across Marketing, IT, Sales, Development, and Clients
Good understanding of Data tools, Microsoft Excel, HTML, CSS and system APIs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on training and presentation skills
Exceptional problem solving and creative solution building skills

You have experience working with various project management tools and marketing technologies.
