Key responsibilities in the position of Social Media Manager:

Own the Social:define and implement a strategy to drive organic follower growth, boost engagement, and increase reach across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.

Content Calendar Management:Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring key marketing dates and product launches are seamlessly integrated into your plans.

Collaborate & Brief:Work hand-in-hand with the social and design teams to create standout content that aligns with brand values and drives key KPIs.

Measure & Report:Track the performance of all social media activities as theSocial Media Manager, delivering regular reports to the Head of Marketing and wider team.

Build Community:Find new and innovative ways to engage followers and build a loyal community while staying ahead of emerging social trends and platforms.

Stay Ahead of Trends:As theSocial Media Manager, you’ll constantly monitor new technologies and trends in social media, adapting strategies to maintain a cutting-edge presence.

Be Trend-Reactive:Jump on viral moments, celebrity news, and relevant cultural trends to keep the brand’s social presence fresh and relevant.

Manage the Social Budget:Oversee and optimize the social media budget to ensure campaigns deliver maximum impact without overspending.

Work with Paid Ads:Collaborate with the paid paid specialists to create and optimize content for paid social advertising campaigns.

Coordinate with Teams:Keep in close contact with buying and merchandising teams, ensuring content calendars reflect product stock levels, shipment delays, and other key factors.

Collaborate with Creatives:Build and maintain a network of content creators, makeup artists, hairstylists, and model agencies to create stunning content that aligns with brand goals.

Lead Social Shoots:Manage the social media shoot process, ensuring every shoot aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and marketing objectives.

Manage & Develop a Team:As theSocial Media Manager, you’ll lead and mentor a small but dynamic team, fostering creativity and driving brand growth across social platforms.
