Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our online presence, drive engagement, and build our brand through innovative social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating compelling content, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals.
Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative and relevant.
Content Management:
Schedule, and publish high-quality content across social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Collaborate with the design team and content creators to produce visually engaging and impactful campaigns.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all channels.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
Foster community engagement by initiating conversations and participating in relevant discussions.
Develop strategies to grow followers and increase engagement rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions).
Use insights to refine strategies and optimize content for better results.
Present regular performance updates to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Campaign Support:
Work closely with marketing, sales, and other departments to support cross-functional campaigns and initiatives.
Partner with influencers or brand ambassadors to amplify campaigns.
Manage paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and budget optimization.
Social Media Governance:
Establish and enforce guidelines for social media usage within the organization.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and complies with platform policies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Hands-on experience with content management tools.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media.
Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
Skills:
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
