Brand Management and Campaigns:
• Planning,managing, and executing brand campaigns on the social mediaplatforms.
• Supporting with ideageneration &
innovative
content solutions to driveimpactful campaigns with socialagency.
• Brief the social agency on newcampaigns in coordination with the CMO.Social Media Marketing:
• Develop, implement,and manage the always-on social media strategy across the variousplatforms based on evolving industry opportunities and findingsfrom monthly reports.
• Planning andimplementing the social mediacalendar.
• Work with the social agencyand in-house team to create engaging and visually appealing contentincluding reels, videos, and images.
• Monitor social media accounts and help in coordination withcountry’s social media team.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunitiesfor
innovation
.
• Defining the KPIs forthe social media campaigns.
Planning and Reporting:
• Analyze andreport on key metrics and performance indicators, providinginsights and recommendations forimprovements.
• Analyzing and reportinginsights from the social media listening tools for contentcreation.
• Monthly and quarterlyreviews on key projects.
Team Management:
• Ongoing managementwith the country social media team, and coordination with theagency to deliver on the agreed KPIs andscope.
•
Project management
withincross-functional teams, internal and externalpartners.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or arelated field.
• 4 years of experiencein social media management.
• Proventrack record of managing successful social media campaigns anddriving measurable results.
• Deepunderstanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and bestpractices, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Snapchat andYouTube.
• Excellent analytical skillsand proficiency in social media analyticstools.
•
Strongcommunicationskills
andthe ability to work collaboratively in a fast-pacedenvironment.
• Strong knowledge of English & Chinese language, Arabic is optional but an addedadvantage.
