As aSocial Account Manager, you will be the creative force behind the hotel group’s digital storytelling, ensuring its brand captivates and engages audiences across all social media platforms. Working closely with marketing, PR, and content teams, you will develop and execute compelling campaigns that enhance brand visibility, attract high-end clientele, and elevate the hotel’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the group’s social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals.
Create engaging, luxury-driven content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Oversee content calendar planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
Engage with high-net-worth audiences, influencers, and key brand partners to drive community growth and engagement.
Monitor social trends, leveraging insights to innovate and enhance digital storytelling.
Collaborate with in-house creative teams and external agencies to produce visually stunning assets.
Track key performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in social media management, ideally within luxury hospitality, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Exceptional storytelling skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
A strong creative eye for aesthetics, photography, and video content.
Excellent knowledge of social analytics tools and performance tracking.
Experience managing influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.
