Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
Create compelling content tailored for different social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, responding to comments, and engaging with followers to foster community relationships.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy and optimize performance.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and video editing to produce high-quality visual content.
Monitor analytics and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, e-commerce, and customer service to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
Stay updated on the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio of content creation.
Proficient in video editing and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media marketing.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Experience in e-commerce is a plus, along with knowledge of advertising strategies on social platforms.
Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
