Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging and visually appealing content including graphics, videos, and photography to promote brand awareness.
Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, public relations, and e-commerce to ensure cohesive messaging.
Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and tracking analytics.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management.
Skills
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Strong graphic design skills with experience in Adobe Illustrator or similar software.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles and e-commerce strategies.
