Overview
We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent communication skills, a passion for storytelling through digital content and the ability to multi task with different brands.
Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Youtube
Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences, including graphics, photography, videos, and written posts.
Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Stay informed about new social media tools and best practices to continuously improve our online presence.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm but this will be a salary position
There are multiple brands you will be managing the social media content for so organization and brand awareness is CRUCIAL.
Experience
Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing is required.
Proficiency in Canva required but Adobe Creative Suite is optional
Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools for tracking engagement metrics is a plus.
Excellent research skills to identify trends and insights that can inform content strategy.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and proactive in managing projects.
