Social Media Manager (Full-Time/Part-Time)
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and execute day-to-day social media postings across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Develop and manage a real-time content calendar aligned with key academy events, matches, and training schedules.
Ensure creative consistency and high-quality visuals across all social media channels.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute digital and social media campaigns.
Assist in planning, implementing, and coordinating content collaborations and promotional campaigns.
Monitor and share content from our Coaches and Players on social media; reshare or retweet relevant posts daily.
Attend on-ground training sessions and matches to capture compelling photos and videos for social media.
Contribute a strong creative vision to enhance the academy’s social media presence and performance.
Keep track of competitors while staying updated on content and design trends across social media platforms.
Support day-to-day business functions, including assisting in on-ground operations when needed.
Assist with new projects, such as launching new training batches.
Background
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree from a reputed college/university.
Strongcommunicationskillswith a flair for creative writing and conceptual thinking.
Passionate about football—preference for candidates with playing experience at school, university, or club levels.
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, with working knowledge of editing software like Canva.
Interest in photography and/or videography is highly desirable.
Prior experience in managing business-related social media handles is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Flexibility
This role is open for full-time and part-time candidates, withflexible working hoursto accommodate training sessions, matches, and social media posting schedules.
