Job Summary

Sommer Consulting is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team that runs theinsighters.com. As a Sommer Consulting Digital Marketing Specialist on The Insighters® team, you will be responsible for shaping and managing The Insighters brand experience across digital channels in partnership with The Insighters VP, as well as any ad-hoc corporate communication needs of Sommer Consulting as a whole. You will develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand perception, optimize user engagement, and ensure a compelling and trustworthy experience for patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Experience Management

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and trust among patients and healthcare professionals.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visuals, and tone across all digital platforms.
Optimize landing pages and digital touchpoints for an intuitive and engaging patient journey,
Collaborate with recruitment, product, and research to ensure a seamless brand experience.

Content & Engagement

Create and manage content strategies for website, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising, as well as virtual and in-person events and influencer partnerships/management.
Develop patient-centric messaging that resonates with diverse audiences and enhances the recruitment process.

Digital Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, PPC, email marketing, etc.).
Track and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to measure key performance metrics and customer engagement.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
Generate reports on campaign performance, audience insights, and brand sentiment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, tech, or patient engagement.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM software, email marketing platforms).
Experience with SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content strategy.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an understanding of patient-centric storytelling.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 up to $75,000. The position is 100% remote, but will be based in the U.S. As a result, you must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States. Company business is generally conducted in Eastern Standard Time.
