Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy by implementing programs and tactics to increase brand awareness, enhance our position in the market, identify additional channels to attract traffic to the company website and promote online presence. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also assist in leading and the planning and execution of email marketing, mobile marketing, and content promotion.
Essential Functions:
Design and implement a digital marketing plan
Website Management
Create workflows, email campaigns, custom forms and landing pages that will drive engagement and desired client/candidate engagement
Utilize digital marketing tools to create and analyze conversion rates, engagement, and lead generation – Adwords, Social Media Advertising, email automation/journeys
Analyze SEO and Google Ad performance to determine effective ways to become more findable
Perform ongoing keyword discovery and expansion, edit and enhance website content to be more SEO-friendly
Collaborate with cross functional teams to create engaging content for social media, videos, and our website
Assist in coordinating digital advertising efforts with external partners
Promote and develop best practices for digital marketing, identifying new opportunities and trends for the business
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree
3-5 years of digital marketing experience
Proficiency in SEO, GoogleAdwords, GoogleAnalytics
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
Knowledge of multiple platforms and social media channels
Excellent technology and analytical skills
Competencies:
Hands-on experience with website management and optimization for improved performance and user engagement
Proven experience in designing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies
Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
Ability to identify and capitalize on digital marketing trends and opportunities to enhance brand presence and performance
Ability to develop engaging workflows, email campaigns, custom forms, and landing pages
Experience collaborating with teams to produce creative content for social media, videos, and websites
Proficiency in analyzing conversion rates, engagement metrics, and lead generation data
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
