Job Responsibility and Duties:
Lead and mentor a talented team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and penetrate new markets.
Foster strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and success.
Provide insightful market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product development and business strategy.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Qualification and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Physics/Optics or engineering.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience in selling test and measurement products and/or, in particular, tunable lasers and fiber-optic products..
Deep understanding of the test and measurement industry, laser technology, and relevant applications.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
