Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media and Brand Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and serving as a brand ambassador to promote our products/services. The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and brand advocacy.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
– Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
– Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
– Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop integrated campaigns and promotions. – Serve as a brand ambassador by representing our company at events, trade shows, and online communities.
– Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and customers to enhance brand advocacy.
– Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and brand advocacy.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
– 3-8 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and brand advocacy. – Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills. – Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
– Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
– Experience in event planning and public speaking is a plus.
