Job Description

Creative conceptualizing, strategizing, and optimizing clients’ monthly content calendars and social media campaigns

Planning internal team timelines for ideations, deliverables, and reporting

Being the main point of contact for clients via digital and physical channels when overseeing their account

Managing a portfolio of accounts

Relaying the clients’ needs and wants to our in-house team of creatives (disseminating creative requirements to graphic designers, photographers, and copywriters), media buy team, and any other divisions involved

Proofing any work (content, reports, media buy data, strategies, etc.) produced before it is sent to the client

Compiling monthly analytical social media reports, community management data, and media buy insights

Providing insight and analysis of client social media and media buy performance, with suggestions for improvement regularly

Community management of clients’ social media pages

Strategizing and planning new client pitches

Client/project management of other marketing campaigns as and when necessary

Requirements

Taking initiative to provide the best possible service to our clients – this is our most valued key competency

An excellent grasp of the English language and grammar

A creative flair in conceptualizing social media content, marketing campaign strategies, media buy strategies and community engagement

The ability to analyze and dissect social media performance analytics, as well as explain these findings coherently

A deep understanding of digital marketing is needed—especially social media and media buy strategies

Effective time management of yourself and others, as you will be the point person with both the clients and the internal team

A passion for digital marketing, including staying across the latest industry news/trends

To be able to be across and reply to messages promptly, across multiple channels of communication (email, WhatsApp, Slack, etc.)
