Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Strategize and manage social media (LinkedIn) profiles for LexiConn and clients to establish thought leadership and professional visibility.
Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging, and personalized posts, including text, graphics, and multimedia.
Monitor LinkedIn analytics and optimize strategies based on performance metrics and engagement.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering connections. Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure effective content strategies.
Requirements
Ideal Profile:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (2–3 years) in managing LinkedIn profiles, social media content, or personal branding.
Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging and professional posts.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Understanding of LinkedIn’s algorithm and best practices for organic growth.
Creative, organized, and proactive in handling multiple profiles.
Should have a good quality laptop (i5 or above) and uninterrupted high-speed (broadband) internet.
