Job Overview

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s social media strategy. You will play a key role in enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and engaging with the online community.

Responsibilities:

· Participate in global positioning, messaging and creative development

· Storytelling and ability to write in social media tone, tense, and style

· Community management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed)

· Oversee day-to-day operations of content development, website updates, improving user/candidate experience (propose and execute enhancements

· Monitor web traffic, build marketing dashboards, manage web analytics and ensure the site meets the business needs of the organization.

· Assist in the creation of marketing materials and internal documents

· Assist in the reorganization and streamlining of the internal branding hub

· CRM campaign support

Essential Skills

· Editorial in AP Style

· Microsoft Office

Nice-to-Have Skills

· Adobe Creative Suite / design skills

· Data analysis

Experience

3-5 years of experience in marketing or social media

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
