The Opportunity
As Archive360 continues to grow, we are seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Marketing Director to lead and enhance our global marketing initiatives. This high-impact role requires a visionary leader who can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to develop and execute cutting-edge marketing strategies that support our expanding sales team and amplify our brand presence.
In this pivotal position, you will drive the overall marketing strategy, act as a key liaison with our external marketing agency, and work collaboratively across departments to ensure alignment with business goals. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing strategic demand generation programs that drive measurable growth and deliver high-quality leads for the sales team.
Leading the marketing automation and CRM strategy, ensuring effective campaign execution and pipeline management.
Acting as the primary liaison with our marketing agency to align on strategy, oversee deliverables, and ensure impactful execution.
Utilizing advanced digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, and analytics, to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
Driving brand development and awareness initiatives to position Archive360 as a leader in the data governance, compliance, and analytics space.
Managing and refining our social media, video, and content marketing strategies to engage target audiences across multiple channels.
Expanding thought leadership efforts by collaborating with PR and analyst relations to position Archive360 as an industry innovator.
Leading cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to inform future strategies.
Applying general knowledge and usage of AI technologies to enhance marketing automation, personalization, and data-driven decision-making.
Position Requirements
10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, preferably in the technology sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in developing and executing innovative, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and analytics.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams, both internal and external.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRM/marketing platforms.
Experience working with external marketing agencies and managing vendor relationships.
Knowledge of structured data, data migration, information management, and related technologies is a strong plus.
A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required;
