As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Admin / Marketing Assistant to join us part-time.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support both the administrative and marketing needs of our clinic. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats and be part of a collaborative, patient-focused team.
Responsibilities:
Administrative:
Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage phone calls, emails, and scheduling
Maintain accurate records and assist with documentation
Provide general office support and assist in day-to-day operations
Marketing:
Assist in planning and executing social media and email campaigns
Help create content (graphics, photos, videos) for online platforms
Monitor engagement and assist in responding to comments/messages
Coordinate community outreach and events as needed
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or marketing experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and social media fluent (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
A proactive and positive team player
Passion for health, wellness, and helping others is a big plus!
Schedule:
3 days per week
Flexible hours (to be discussed)
