Role Overview
As a Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media campaigns, creating high-quality content, and growing our online community. You will work closely with our marketing team to build brand awareness and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
·      Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc).
·      Create, edit, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and more) tailored to each platform.
·      Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools.
·      Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience insights to optimize performance.
·      Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a loyal online community.
·      Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging social media tools.
·      Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
·      Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
·      Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
·      Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.).
·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills – including fluent English
·      Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
·      Management skills and strategic thinking.
·      Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
·      A portfolio or examples of previous social media work is required.
·      Availability to travel in Portugal to our Lisbon and Algarve projects.
