About The Role
You’ll manage content coordination, strategy development, and execution across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. While not required, if you’re adept at content creation using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Gen AI tools, that’s a great bonus!
What you will do
Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals.
Coordinate closely with designers and content creators to deliver engaging posts.
Handle client communications and maintain strong relationships through proactive engagement.
Oversee content scheduling and publishing via Buffer.
Monitor, analyze, and report social media performance using Instagram analytics and integrate insights into strategy adjustments.
What you’ll need
Has 2-5 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably within an agency.
Is well-versed with current social media trends, content formats, and platform-specific best practices.
Comfortable using social media management tools such as Buffer and HubSpot.
Possesses solid analytical skills to interpret social media insights for strategy optimization.
Is collaborative, organized, and effective in communicating across teams and directly with clients.
Bonus Skills
Basic graphic design/content creation experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, Gen AI tools).
Experience managing both short-form content (Instagram posts, reels, stories) and long-form content (LinkedIn).
