Summary
The Social Media Marketing assistant will assist the MultiMedia Producer in all aspects of our online presence. As a Social Media Marketing Intern, we expect you to be organized, self-motivated, eager to learn, and be able to approach unique problems in new ways. You are also a team player ready to jump in on a moment’s notice to ensure necessary event support.
Job Description
Creating Instagram reels and TikTok videos of our builds and events
Curating shotlists for client managed social media accounts that align with their goals
Understanding social media analytics and utilizing this to create successful strategies for internal and
client managed social media
Developing comprehensive content calendars and shot lists, ensuring seamless communication
with clients to align creative strategies and meet project objectives
Copywriting; captions for social media as well as project descriptions for our website and case studies deck
Pitch and develop innovative social concepts that target a younger demographic
Photography (phone) and video editing
Assist in quality checks for social content launches
Updating portfolio decks for internal and external use
Occasional travel required for on site social media capture for our events as well as client capture days (Greater Orange County and Los Angeles Area)

Driver’s License
Non-CDL Class C
Qualifications
Proficient in social media marketing and management strategies
Strong relationship management skills
Experience with analytics tools, including Google Analytics
Knowledge of SEO and social listening techniques
Familiarity with graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to create engaging content and manage online branding
Understanding of public relations and digital marketing principles
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
