We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Associate to join our creative team and help bring our brand’s story to life. What You’ll Be Doing: Be the face of Milky across TikTok and Instagram (you’ll be on camera
a lot ) Interview strangers, create street content, and spark conversations around food, digestion, and culture Ideating and scripting short-form video content Work closely with the creative and strategy team to build scroll-stopping social moments Attend pop-ups, events, and launches — often with a camera in one hand and pizza in the other You Might Be a Good Fit If You: Are already posting content on your own socials Have a big personality and a high shame tolerance Aren’t afraid of rejection — you’ll be approaching a lot of people and getting a lot of “no’s” before you get gold Are high energy — this isn’t a desk job. You’ll be on your feet, filming, moving, and keeping the vibe alive Know what’s trending — and what’s about to be (aka chronically online) Love experimenting, creating, and posting fast Enjoy eating ice cream, pizza, and other types of delicious dairy foods! Are based in LA Are lactose intolerant (not required, but always preferred!) Perks: Free dairy (ice cream, pizza, cereal with real milk… you name it). You get a corporate credit card just for eating!
