Key Responsibilities:
Assist in building and maintaining multi-platform content matrices under the guidance of senior colleagues to drive user growth and brand exposure.
Creatively plan viral short videos, graphics, and diverse content formats, responsible for writing/editing/publishing to enhance brand vitality.
Manage and maintain major social media platforms, engage closely with followers through timely content updates, comment responses, and Q&A to boost follower engagement and loyalty.
Monitor and address potential negative feedback promptly to protect brand reputation and ensure users receive timely, effective responses.
Track key data metrics on social platforms, assist in campaign retrospectives, and provide innovative ideas and optimization recommendations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields preferred (outstanding recent graduates and current interns are welcome to apply).
Proficient in English, Malay, and Chinese communication; capable of crafting simple creative copy or voiceovers.
Basic understanding or experience with mainstream Malaysian social media operations; passionate about tracking trending topics and emerging trends.
Skilled in shooting, editing, graphic design, layout, and copywriting, with an ability to create instantly eye-catching content.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building social media accounts from scratch, managing personal/team accounts, or producing high-quality content.
Bring operational plans, data-driven results, or portfolio samples to the interview.
