Position: Social Media / Marketing Executive

As a Social Media / Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and
optimization
of the company’s online/social media marketing efforts. You will take the lead in the
promotion
of each event and service of the company through omni social media channels and assets.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in the concepts surrounding social media and digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You should be familiar with social media, tech-savvy, and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. Staying current with social media trends, successful case studies, and learning journeys of competitors and similar businesses will be key to your success in this role.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting social/digital connection with stakeholders.
Planning, monitoring, and sustaining the company’s presence on social media through a curated calendar of engaging and compelling social media posts and activations.
Leading the identification, formulation, and launching of optimized online/social advertisements to increase the company’s
brand awareness
across digital and social assets.
Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media (Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Linked In) as well as exploring new platforms such as Baidu, Weibo, WeChat, etc.
Preparing online newsletters, EDMs, and promotional emails and organizing their distribution through various channels.
Leading internal photography and videography projects and arrangements for sales & marketing.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements Proven working experience of 1-2 years in social media marketing and/or social media management.
Proven experience in marketing or a related role, preferably in the events/exhibition industry.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and
communication skills
.
Demonstrable social networking experience and knowledge of social analytics tools.
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
Positive attitude

. Able to multi-task and work independently in a
dynamic environment
with good
problem-solving
and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
