The role of the Social Media Marketing Manager is to increase the client’s

brand awareness

through the effective use of social media platforms

Responsibilities

1. Organizing and running marketing campaigns and drive engagement for clients over social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Instagram, etc.)

2. Coordinating with internal teams to create original content, including text copies for posts, video and images for use on social media & offline platform

3. Promoting the client’s products/services and content over social media, consistent with their brand and social media strategy

4. Creating social media monthly plans for the client and scheduling social media posts

5. Interacting with clients and dealing with their inquiries

6. Developing new social media strategies and campaigns for the client

7. Managing the budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and advertisements

8. Tracking of online data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns monthly and preparing a report on the same for each client

9. Meeting with clients and other stakeholders (social media influencers) to pitch potential marketing campaigns

Qualifications

Excellent

Communication Skills

(speaking, reading and writing of English is a must)

3-4 years experience of working in an agency is preferred

Knowledge of creating / setting up Meta ads and Google ads is must.

Must be able to analyze social media & Ads reports

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field is an added advantage
