Role Overview

Carelancer seeks a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to elevate our brand and foster meaningful engagement within the healthcare and home care community. In this role, you will design and implement innovative strategies that amplify our mission, engage our audience, and showcase the value of our platform.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Plan, schedule, and post daily content on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to build an engaged online community.

Proactively engage with followers, potential leads, and influencers to nurture relationships and drive platform adoption.

Use AI tools and outreach strategies to grow LinkedIn connections and boost professional engagement.

Identify opportunities within community interactions to cultivate leads and foster lasting customer relationships.

Ad Campaign Execution:

Develop, manage, and optimize paid social media ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.

Collaborate with the marketing manager to create ad copy, visuals, and strategies aligned with campaign goals.

Regularly analyze ad performance and provide reports with actionable insights for improvement.

Content Creation:

Design and create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and posts, tailored to each platform.

Maintain and update an editorial calendar to ensure consistent messaging and posting frequency.

Collaborate with content writers and graphic designers (if applicable) to produce high-quality assets.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track key social media and ad performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, click-through rates).

Share regular reports with the marketing manager and optimization strategies based on data insights.

Trend Research and Recommendations:

Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the healthcare and home care industries. (US & Canada)

Suggest new ideas and opportunities to enhance Carelancer’s social media presence and engagement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align social media activities with broader marketing strategies.

Coordinate with other teams (e.g., customer support or product) to ensure cohesive messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in healthcare or service-based platforms.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful social media strategies.

Experience in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram.
