Job Summary
The Social Media Specialist will focus on growing and engaging audiences for Richtech Robotics and Clouffee & Tea, reflecting a consistent high-tech brand identity. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to create compelling messaging, share client success stories, and execute paid promotion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy:Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and improve brand perception.
Content Creation:Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality posts, client stories, and campaigns that align with the company’s high-tech identity.
Paid Promotion:Manage budgets and execute paid social media campaigns to drive follower growth and maximize engagement.
Analytics & Reporting:Monitor metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and brand perception; provide actionable insights to improve results.
Platform Management:Oversee content scheduling, community management, and account interactions for both Richtech Robotics and Clouffee.
Qualifications
