Role Overview:
As aSocial Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of social media campaigns across various platforms, engaging with the online community, and driving brand awareness and engagement for clients. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and creative teams to develop content strategies that align with client goals and monitor the performance of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media content plans for clients, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Monitor and manage client social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely and engaging manner.
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Conduct competitor analysis and share industry insights to help inform client strategies.
Assist with influencer collaborations, content creation, and campaign execution.
Create monthly social media reports for clients, highlighting performance metrics and growth opportunities.
Support paid social media campaigns by coordinating ads, budgets, and creative assets.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and voice.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Proven ability to create and manage engaging content tailored to different social media audiences.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
Creative mindset with a passion for staying on top of social media trends and new technologies.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proactive, team player with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
