We seek a passionate and creative social media specialist to join our team and drive our online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You’ll craft engaging content, build a loyal following, and implement effective paid advertising strategies to amplify brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives.
schedule captivating content (text, images, videos, live streams) across platforms.
Work closely with the designers and content creators to implement DM Manager plans.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) for maximum impact.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement – competitors analysis – SWOT .
Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant influencers to expand reach and engagement.
Manage and optimize social media accounts, including page design, branding, and community management.
Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Track social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
Analyze social media data and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for optimization.
Stay informed about the latest social media trends and technologies.
Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns.
Manage social media budgets effectively.
Monitor platforms for inappropriate content and enforce community guidelines.
Review and approve user-generated content (comments and posts).
Respond promptly and professionally to user inquiries and complaints.
Skills and Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a related field.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing social media strategies.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads.
Strong understanding of social media advertising best practices.
In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Excellent content creation skills (writing, photography, video editing).
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.
Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Passion for social media with a creative and innovative mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Experience with social media scheduling tools and content management systems (a plus).
