The Canvassing & Events Marketing Team Lead is responsible for cost effectively driving non-media lead generation and local awareness through the regional non-traditional departments, while managing to a set budget
Responsibilities:
Lead non-traditional fied marketing for your territory with a direct hands-on approach, provide motivation and coaching to help team reach daily, weekly and monthly goals of Canvassing, Events, and Retail.
Helps regional leaders recruit, hire, and train team members through cost effective recruiting tools including partnering with temporary agencies when appropriate.
Oversees all goal setting, benchmarks, and tracking of non-traditional field marketing segments
Create and develop the culture of the non-traditional department, through personal role modeling desired behaviors and techniques.
Monitors and coaches every team member to ensure they are following proper procedures, scripts and customer service guidelines.
In partnership with Regional Field Marketing manager, creates annual non-traditional budget with the sole purpose of generating qualified leads and appointments through non-traditional efforts.
Administrative tasks include: ordering team uniforms, iPads, and equipement as needed, script and flyer maintenance, organizing monthly budgets and performance of team members, tracking teams performances and reporting weekly to , ordering supplies as needed, if cannot be done by team manager.
Provides timely tracking and entering of marketing data into corporate database and corresponding CRMS.
Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person on neighborhoods and cities where Renewal by Andersen’s products and services can be demonstrated with the intent of generating qualified leads and appointments.
Creat i360 reports and manage all i360 users.
Work hand in hand with IT to handle all IT issues, setting up and manageing employee email accounts, and ordering computers.
Manage company phone system, alarm system, and showroom.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 2yrs of Experience in Door to Door Sales, w/ a Record of Meeting or Exceeding Targets
At least 2yrs of Customer Service/Administrative Experience
At least 2yrs of Supervisory or Leadership Experience
Prior Experience within the Construction or Home improvement Industry is a Plus
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
Reliable Transportation for Commuting to Various Locations in the Area
