This position is on-site full time at our headquarters in Wittenberg, WI with time spend in the field capturing content.
As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking an innovative and adaptable Social Media Marketing Specialist to tell our story via social media and beyond. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Potrykus Construction, you will spend time in the field capturing video and images of our concrete construction projects, creating and developing content in our brand new headquarters in Wittenberg, WI, and working in the community to promote brand engagement.

Responsibilities:
Create. Develop, plan, and post engaging content that drives brand awareness.
Strategize. Stay up-to- date on marketing and social media trends to maximize reach, visibility, and engagement.
Collaborate. Work with teammates and leadership to ensure content accurately represents the PC brand.
Analyze. Utilize analytics tools to track social media and brand advocacy performance, while using findings to plan future marketing initiatives.
Engage. Build an online community by engaging with social media users via comments, messages, likes, etc.
Align. Streamline PC marketing efforts across various social media platforms.
Innovate. Experiment with creative marketing methods to showcase the PC brand.
Contribute. Assist teammates with other office duties as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Associate degree in marketing or related experience.
1 year of experience managing social media platforms for a brand/company.
Proven success in building and growing social media audiences and engagement.
Strong video production and editing skills.
Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO).
Knowledge of marketing analytics tools.
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe products, CapCut, etc.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast paced work setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication, exceptional attention to detail.
