Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to oversee the development and execution of social media campaigns for our clients’ real estate projects nationwide. This role involves crafting engaging content, managing multiple social platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure our clients’ marketing goals are met. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends and is proficient in design and office productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic social media plans to promote real estate projects and enhance client visibility.
Generate leads and build targeted audiences through social media campaigns.

Create engaging, high-quality content tailored to various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on branding and messaging.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and engage with audiences to build strong online communities.
Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies to optimize campaign results.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Design Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Agorapulse) is a plus.
Strong creative and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience or interest in real estate marketing is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
