One Group Partners is on the hunt for a social media wizard (okay, coordinator) to help us turn posts into magic and followers into superfans. We’re a fast-growing brand agency that’s all about changing lives

What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your New Superpowers):
• Content Creation Extraordinaire: Write captions, design posts, and create stories that make people stop scrolling and start double-tapping. Bonus points if you can sprinkle in some humor.
• Trend Detective: Know what’s trending before it’s trending. From TikTok dances to meme formats, you’ll be the one saying, “We should jump on this!”
• Platform Mastermind: Juggle Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn (and maybe even Threads).
• Engagement Guru: Chat it up in comments and DMs, and make sure our followers feel seen, heard, and hyped.
• Analytics Sleuth: Keep an eye on the numbers (but don’t worry, we won’t make you do calculus). You’ll help us figure out what’s working and what’s not.
• Creative Collaborator: Work with our team to brainstorm BIG ideas for campaigns and content.
Who You Are (Basically, Our Dream Human):
• You’ve got the vibes. Creativity and storytelling are your jam.
• You live on social media (but, like, in a healthy way).
• You’re organized and detail-oriented—your calendar game is strong.
• You’ve got some Canva skills (or Photoshop, or whatever tool makes the magic happen). Bonus: You can edit a snappy video.
• You’re all about staying ahead of the curve when it comes to internet culture.
No experience? No problem! If you’ve managed your own TikTok, helped a friend grow their small biz account, or just love creating content, we want to hear from you.
