Marketing Coordinator

Areas of Responsibility / Job Duties

Summary

Provides direct support to our Loan Officers on their customer database, marketing materials, business support materials, works with Compliance department, and maintains knowledge of state and federal regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinates branch marketing materials to include but not limited to:
Sports magnets mailers (2x year)
Holiday Postcards (1x year)
Customer Relations Management Database (CRM) maintenance and management.
In-house expert on the CRM and its benefits and functionality.
Develop and execute CRM strategies that optimize customer engagement, loyalty, acquisition, retention, and personalization.
Meetings with Loan Officers on how to support their marketing efforts to include but not limited to announcements, co-branded materials, event flyers, postcards, etc.
Execute and manage digital and print marketing campaigns utilizing the resources in the CRM.
Act as a liaison between corporate marketing and Compliance department and our local Branch and Loan Officers.
Capstone Website management and oversight.
Coordination of Staff headshots.
Holiday Party Power point presentations.
Capstone Store.
Oversee digital content creation, editing and publishing.
Day to day management of social media platform.
Create digital content strategies and manage implementation.
Collaborate on corporate and local social media strategies.
Regular meetings with Loan Officer teams to execute their desired digital marketing strategies.
Seek opportunities to optimize our digital capabilities.
Facilitate video creation and editing and ensure creative content.
Other duties as assigned.

Strong interpersonal and customer service communication skills required.
Creative and innovative thinker.
Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
Computer skills required for this position include intermediate/advanced MSWord, Outlook (e-mail), Excel, PPT, Adobe, CRM, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PDF, Acrobat Pro.
Ability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines on a consistent basis.
Desire to look for ways to go the extra mile.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
