About the Job:
At KD Associates, our main goal is to build strong social media accounts. Where we can engage with people and build strong connections with them. We are looking for a person who can dedicate themselves to the company, is passionate about their job, and is able to follow new trends. If you have a passion for setting new trends and connecting with people online you’re in the right place.
This will be a full-time/remote opportunity during US hours.
Requirements:
• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Yelp, etc.
• Manage content calendars, schedule posts, monitor engagement, and engage with followers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and set new trends.
• Research and implement target audiences.
• Should be able to handle multiple social media accounts.
• Should be a quick learner and have strong knowledge of content writing.
• Optimize our website for SEO to improve our ranking on search engines and drive organic traffic.
• Should be able to collaborate with team members.
Basic culture:
1. It’s a night shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
2. You must have your laptop, power backup, and Wi-Fi.
3. You will be working from Monday to Saturday.
4. You have to be on cam during your login hours, and there will be one hour of a break (dinner break 10:00-10:30 pm and two 15-minute breaks, you can take according to your convenience)
