Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube etc.

Create a variety of content types including posts, stories, videos, graphics, and more to effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.

Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas for content campaigns and initiatives.

Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for each platform.

Manage and maintain our presence on various social media platforms.

Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to our brand.

Implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.

Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to expand our reach and connect with new audiences.

Develop and execute social media campaigns and initiatives to promote user-generated content and encourage user participation.

Plan and schedule content calendars for social media platforms in advance, ensuring a consistent and cohesive presence.

Coordinate with internal teams to align social media content with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and events.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize our social media strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in a similar role.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for visual design.

Proficiency in using social media management tools.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of social media trends.

Photography, videography, and graphic design skills are a plus.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar software is desirable.
