Mandatory details/Skills –
3+ years of experience in social media marketing, influencer relations, or digital marketing (beauty industry preferred).
Proven experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
Strong skills in content creation (basic graphic design & video editing is a plus).
Ability to track and analyze performance data to optimize engagement and ROI
Job Description –
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
Develop and execute social media marketing plans across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and YouTube.
Create engaging visual and written content aligned with the brand’s tone and audience
preferences.
Plan and manage content calendars, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
Set up and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) to drive traffic,
engagement, and conversions.
Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROI, engagement rates) and continuously refine strategies for better
performance.
Coordinate with agencies and in-house teams to maximize ad spend efficiency.
Influencer & Community Engagement
Identify and collaborate with beauty influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators.
Manage influencer campaigns, from outreach to content approval and performance tracking.
Build and nurture an engaged online community, responding to customer inquiries and brand mentions.
Brand Partnerships & Campaign Execution
Support marketing initiatives by executing cross-channel brand collaborations andpromotions.
Align social media efforts with e-commerce, PR, and offline marketing activities.
Stay ahead of beauty trends, platform updates, and audience insights to maintain a competitive edge
