We are seeking a Social Media Operation Manager to lead and innovate our Social Media strategy, driving brand growth and engagement on one of the most dynamic social media platforms. As a creative leader, you will oversee the end-to-end production of Social Media content, mentor a team of creators, and set the tone for our brand’s presence on Tik Tok, Facebook, and Instagram.
Your ability to identify trends, tell compelling stories, and analyze performance data will be pivotal in growing our audience and achieving business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Social Media content strategy aligned with brand goals.
Plan and oversee the production of engaging, trend-driven, and on-brand Social Media videos.
Identify viral opportunities and integrate them into content creation.
Data-Driven Optimization:
Monitor Tik Tok/Facebook/Instagram analytics to evaluate performance metrics, including views, engagement, and conversions.
Use insights to refine content strategies and maximize audience growth and engagement.
Trend Spotting & Innovation:
Stay ahead of Tik Tok/Facebook/Instagram trends, challenges, and algorithm updates to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
Experiment with new formats, features, and storytelling techniques to capture audience attention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with clients, product, operation, and live streamers to align Social Media content for daily live stream events and campaigns on AMMI Social Media accounts.
Work with influencer marketing teams to identify and collaborate with Social Media KoLs for sponsored content or partnerships.
Conduct competitive analysis and monthly content performance review and share with the whole team.
Social Media Account Management:
Own Tik Tok, Facebook, and Instagram social calendar for AMMI.
Generate and publish content on a daily basis to drive more impressions and conversions on Social Media.
Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, with 1+ years specializing in Social Media.
Proven track record of growing Social Media accounts and creating viral content.
Bachelor’s degree or above, with no restrictions on the field of study.
Creative Expertise:
Deep understanding of Social Media’s algorithms, audience behavior, and creative best practices.
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create both organic and branded content.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with any of the video editing tools like Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci, or Final Cut Pro.
Familiarity with Social Media Ads Manager and other social media analytics tools.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedstart-up environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A team player who can work effectively across departments and with external partners.
