Miromar Development Corporation, a multi-faceted real estate development company with a portfolio of award-winning retail and residential properties in Southwest Florida, is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist. This role supports the in-house marketing team by overseeing and managing website and email marketing, including social media engagement. Responsibilities include optimizing and increasing website and social media traffic through analytics, producing web content, and ensuring consistent, up-to-date messaging across all websites and online platforms.
The ideal candidate is web and social media savvy, a team player, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. They should have experience in online advertising, email marketing, and creating professional, responsive, SEO-friendly website designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage company websites and social media platforms.
Optimize web and social media performance through analytics.
Develop and implement digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager).
Create SEO-friendly web content and ensure brand consistency across digital channels.
Utilize email marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Requirements:
Proficiency in HTML, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Experience in SEO, website design, and online advertising.
