Role Overview:
The Client Servicing Manager for Social Media Account Management and Strategy will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing social media strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, strongproject managementskills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Client RelationshipManagement:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
– Understand client goals, challenges, and expectations, and translate these into actionable social media strategies.
– Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and discuss strategic opportunities.
2. Social Media Strategy Development:
– Develop comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client’s objectives, industry, and target audience.
– Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure that social media content aligns with the overall strategy.
– Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to informstrategic planningandinnovation.
3. Campaign Management and Execution:
– Oversee the execution of social media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client guidelines.
– Manage content calendars, scheduling, and posting to ensure consistency and engagement.
– Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
