Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and deadline-driven Marketing Design & Social Media Specialist to support our company’s marketing initiatives. This role reports directly to the Creative Director and requires strong design skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a keen understanding of design and social media best practices to execute high-quality marketing materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing marketing communications, designing and distributing promotional content, and supporting various company-wide initiatives.

Location:
Hybrid (M-Th in office, Friday remote) in Virginia Beach, VA
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media: Design and schedule content for Legal Resources’ social media (Facebook, LinkedIn).
Graphic Design:
Create new marketing pieces for account management and sales.
Assist in the rebrand initiative in collaboration with the design team, project manager, and Creative Director.
Support special design projects as needed.
Email Marketing: Design and manage email blasts to attorneys, members, and other stakeholders.
Marketing Requests: Fulfill marketing requests from account management and sales teams.
Event & Initiative Support: Provide marketing support for company-wide events such as the annual Summit, Employee Appreciation Day, holiday party, etc.
Proposal Design & Fulfillment: Design proposals to support business development and sales efforts.
Internal Communication & Publications:
Design and distribute our company-wide newsletter.
Design and distribute Seminar Series reminders for When Life Gets Legal (WLGL), Identity Theft Today (IDTT), attorney seminars, and legal wellness seminars every month.
Content Management: Maintain and manage the Legal Resource video library.
Website Management: Design and manage www.LRseminars.com, ensuring content is up-to-date and visually compelling.
Seminar Recap Distribution:
Design and distribute When Life Gets Legal recap flyers.
Design and distribute Identity Theft Today recap flyers.
Design and distribute Conversations for Caregivers recap flyers.
Survey Deployment: Craft and distribute client and member surveys.
Marketing Inventory Management: Maintain and organize the corporate marketing room, ensuring inventory is stocked and supplies are available.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design best practices.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
Strong graphic design skills with experience in digital and print media.
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp) and website management.
Experience with social media management.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
Experience managing video content libraries and websites is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 – $53,000.00 per year
