JOB SUMMARY:

This position is a full-time non-exempt position. This position will work with our marketing team and is primarily responsible for strategizing social media campaigns and initiatives, writing social media posts, producing content, designing marketing collateral, and analyzing social media results. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, team collaboration skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. A successful candidate will also demonstrate knowledge in various social media outlets, design tools, and will have the ability to meet schedule deadlines. The person filling this role must be proactive, creative, innovative, and intuitive.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Create compelling design images and logos as needed in line with company brand guidelines.
Producing marketing materials in line with corporate branding standards, such as brochures, signage, and other needs as required.
Maintaining social media accounts and posting creative updates to improve engagement.
Gathering data and other research to support social media campaigns and content.
Producing content and campaigns in line with Jenkins brand, mission, vision, and values.
Scheduling posts on an ongoing and consistent basis.
Producing reporting on campaign results for the Marketing team.
Conference Display management and design

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

2 years of social media or other marketing experience preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Demonstrate the ability to write routine reports, provide correspondence and the ability to speak clearly to customers and/or employees of the organization.

REASONING ABILITY:

Possess the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

Broad knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. Experience in Microsoft Office preferred.
