Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for luxury, storytelling, and digital strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, blogging, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO & Blogging:
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive website traffic.
Write, edit, and optimize blog content to align with SEO best practices and engage the target audience.
Conduct keyword research and monitor website performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
2. Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns that resonate with our luxury audience.
Create and segment email lists, craft compelling copy, and analyze campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
Ensure all email communications align with the brand’s voice and image.
3. Strategy Development:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine digital marketing strategies that align with broader business goals.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance across all channels, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years in a digital marketing role, with a proven track record of successful digital campaigns. Experience in the luxury market is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficient with SEO tools, blogging platforms, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
Location & Flexibility: The role is primarily in-house, Full time and Hybrid in setup, with occasional travel for events. Must be located in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas.
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation for local travel to events and meetings.
Interpersonal Skills: Must possess a vibrant personality and the ability to resonate with clients and vendors, reflecting the brand’s premium quality.
Compensation:
Starting at $22/hour, based on experience and broader digital marketing skills.
