Job Summary
The Social Media Specialist will focus on growing and engaging audiences for Richtech Robotics and Clouffee & Tea, reflecting a consistent high-tech brand identity. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing team to create compelling messaging, share client success stories, and execute paid promotion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and improve brand perception.
Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality posts, client stories, and campaigns that align with the company’s high-tech identity.
Paid Promotion: Manage budgets and execute paid social media campaigns to drive follower growth and maximize engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and brand perception; provide actionable insights to improve results.
Platform Management: Oversee content scheduling, community management, and account interactions for both Richtech Robotics and Clouffee.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management and strategy execution.
Strong knowledge of social platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and paid advertising tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to create engaging content.
Familiarity with analytics tools and metrics-driven decision-making.
Experience in tech, high-tech, or food & beverage industries is a plus.
