Summary: Collaborates with the Vice President Marketing on the strategic development, direction and implementation of all marketing activities, including but not limited to marketing, database marketing, direct mail, sales, special events and promotions.

Essential Job Functions:
Directs the Marketing teams including marketing, database marketing, special events, and promotions
Oversees Marketing projects and reinvestment to ensure accuracy and integrity of all offers
Evaluates effectiveness of Marketing, database marketing, special events, and promotions and makes recommendations.
Manages marketing guest services initiatives of all Marketing areas
Analyze financial results of Marketing programs and effectively manage marketing expenses to budget. Examine expense and revenue reports for areas of responsibility and recommend actions to be taken.
Oversees and develops all strategies and operational functions in order to pull accurate Direct Mail Lists
Oversees and develops all strategies and operational functions in order to pull accurate E-mail Lists
Oversees all proofing and data auditing of all direct mail pieces and email proofing
Develops pro and post formas for each direct mail program, promotion and event
Provides finance with overall monthly estimates based on marketing initiatives in order to make sure marketing is inline with financial goals
Oversees and develops all strategies and operational functions in order to setup all functions inside the gaming system (KCMS) and also the kiosk system
Responsible for all gaming system and kiosk system audits
When needed, runs tests and audits results to make sure that everything is working properly
Responsible for timely performance reporting of all marketing initiatives
Responsible for submission and accuracy of all rules and regulations to Compliance and PGCB
Oversees the execution of all marketing initiatives on the floor which include but are not limited to drawings, promotions and entertainment
Responsible for all financial forecasting for all marketing programs.
Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures.
Utilizes research, analysis and development of new systems for revenue growth throughout the casino environment.
Researches competitor’s usage of technology, as well as new technologies that may be of interest to the casino
Complimentary privileges within prescribed limits in accordance with the approved Comp Matrix
Assists the Vice President Marketing in the creation, implementation and management of an effective marketing plan for the property, working with the Executive Team to determine current and future objectives
Participates in budget development, monitors marketing and event costs, and ensures budgetary compliance
Oversees the development and implementation of all promotions and events.
Takes all steps necessary to ensure the financial and reputational success of promotions and special events
Guides and ensures proper implementation of all new marketing strategies to ensure that they are successful while providing a high level of return on investment
Ability to work with minimal supervision, be detail and result-oriented, maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity, and have excellent time management skills.
Maintains confidentiality of customer information.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and marketing analysis reports.
Serve as a leader for Team Members while fostering teamwork, positive morale, motivation and open communications.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
3 or more years casino experience with at least 3 years at a managerial level
3 or more years casino marketing experience
Ability to plan, develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel revenue driving marketing programs including data driven testing strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and nurture relationships, influence key stakeholders, and resolve conflicts independently to mutually agreeable solutions
High level analytical skills required to identify and validate opportunities
Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal and experience presenting to a high-level audience
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work effectively through others and interface persuasively with people throughout the organization including other departments and internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to earn confidence and trust, and to be viewed as strategic business partner

Familiarity analyzing and generating reports including but not limited to SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Access and Excel, and other database query tools.
Experience with database marketing preferred.
Ability to create and work within a budget
Experience with successfully increasing customer counts and retention rates
Ensure confidentiality throughout the department
Ability to obtain all required gaming licenses
Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process
Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
Physical and Mental Demands:
Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms; stand and walk.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Frequently required to stoop and kneel.
Ability to interact with others while maintaining a courteous and positive demeanor.
