We are seeking a highly skilled Internet Marketing Professional to drive business growth through innovative online strategies. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence, increasing brand awareness, and engaging our audience. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools, data analytics, and creative approaches to develop and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns that directly contribute to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
Utilize AI tools for market analysis, content generation, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms by creating and curating engaging, brand-aligned content.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics (website traffic, SEO performance, social engagement, conversion rates) to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, programming) to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives and brand positioning.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep Costa Eagle Media at the forefront of online marketing innovation.
Develop targeted email marketing campaigns and manage customer databases to enhance audience engagement and retention.
Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, and programmatic campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
Oversee website content updates and SEO strategies to improve search visibility and user experience.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the media, broadcasting, or entertainment industry.
Strong proficiency in using AI tools for marketing automation, content creation, and data analysis.
Expertise in social media management, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Chat GPT (or similar AI tools), and marketing automation platforms.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a passion for digital innovation and audience engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in radio, television, or digital media industries.
Familiarity with Spanish-language media is a plus.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a bonus.
