ABOUT THE ROLE
Support the sales department in matters related to the coordination of activities, administrative work and maintain a direct relationship with the Banking and Agencies of the assigned accounts through immediate and effective attention to the service needs they present.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Assist Individual Marketing directors as a liaison between General Agents, Sales Representatives and the company.
Direct participation in the promotion and training of products, digital media and other aspects of sales activity that are necessary.
Act as an intermediary between the Bank and Agencies, resolving service situations to maintain the relationship.
Coordinate sales contests and award activities (sales closing activities) to stimulate sales.
Coordinate and supervise the department’s special sales projects.
Assist in the planning and preparation of the annual convention presentation and awards activity.
Work in coordination with the Information Systems Department, to prepare programs that streamline the department’s processes.
Participate and coordinate with external resources and TSM marketing in the design and preparation of materials related to the promotion and marketing of life and special risk insurance products, as well as the events held.
Create promotional and/or educational material for products, events, training, among others, in support of the different independent and Debit agencies.
Manage the internal social networks of the Ordinary and Debit Sales Department.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Organizational Development from a recognized University or College and 1 to 3 years of experience in similar responsibilities.
